    The Director of Precious Gems Academy, Inc., brings over 30 years of experience serving children and families. She is a certified Child Care Director with hands-on experience leading licensed childcare centers and supporting developmentally appropriate learning environments.
    Ms. Nutall is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and structured setting where children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Her leadership focuses on staff development, child safety, regulatory compliance, and strong family partnerships. She is CPR and First Aid certified for infants and adults and is a certified behavioral foster and adoptive parent.
    Ms. Nutall also holds a Dual master’s degree in health administration and business administration, strengthening her ability to lead high-quality childcare programs with sound operational practices. Her commitment to service extends into the community through volunteer and mission work, including organizing food assistance and supporting families.
