    At Alma’s Baby World and Early Learning Center, our team is composed of passionate, highly trained educators committed to nurturing and educating young children in a safe, loving environment. Our center is led by Charlice Dukes, an experienced childcare professional with over 14 years in the field. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education, expected to be completed in December 2025.

    Our Director and other members of our team hold either a diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education. Our entire team shares a deep passion for childcare and is dedicated to fostering quality early learning experiences. All staff complete at least 18 hours of professional training annually and maintain active credentials.

    We prioritize safety—every staff member is committed to maintaining a secure, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment where children thrive.
