    Meadowdale Learning Center's Before and After School Program transports children, ages 4-12 years, to local schools and care is provided to them on school holidays, school breaks and during June and July when school is out for the summer. Drop-In children are welcome on a space available basis.

    The Center is CLOSED on all federal holidays. Meadowdale Learning Center accepts infants through three-year-old children in our full-time preschool program, and we're a proud provider of the GA PreK Program for four-year old children. Our Before and After School Program transports children to local schools and care is provided to them on school holidays, school breaks and during June and July when school is out for the summer.     Meadowdale Learning Center staff receive 18 hours of training per year in Early Childhood Education following the guidelines of the Quality Rated program. Lead teachers in each classroom have early childhood education credentials from technical schools and local colleges ranging from a Child Development Associate (CDA), Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC), Infant and Toddler Diplomas, Early Childhood Diplomas, and Early Childhood Associate degrees. Meadowdale’s GA PreK lead teachers range from baccalaureate degrees to master’s degrees, and GA Certification. 100% of Meadowdale’s teachers are trained in First Aid & CPR every two years.

    Meadowdale Learning Center is licensed by Bright From The Start: GA Department of Early Care and Learning, Since 1957, and we’re a proud provider of the GA PreK Program for four-year-old children for over 20 years. Meadowdale Learning Center is a QUALITY RATED CENTER and its management strives for higher levels of staff education, a developmentally-appropriate curriculum with higher health and safety standards. The center accepts children of all abilities, 6 weeks to 12 years. Children are cared for by child care professionals who are nurturing, educated in early childcare, and well-trained, providing a daily lesson plan with instruction and activities for children of all ages. Nutritious meals and outdoor physical activities are an important part of a child’s day at Meadowdale!
